SHIMLA MIRCH PANEER
Ingredients:
Paneer 200 gm
Capsicum 1/2 kg
Garlic paste 4 (Clove)
Onion 1
Tomatoes cubed 2
Turmeric 3/4 tsp
All spice masala 3/4 tsp
Black pepper powder 3/4 tsp
Red chilli powder as required
Oil 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Ketchup 1 cup
Method:
Cut paneer into cubes and fry in some ghee until golden. Then take out from pan and keep aside.
In separate pot, heat oil and fry finely chopped garlic and finely chopped onion until golden.
Now put salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and turmeric and roast it nicely.
After that, put tomatoes cubed and roast until oil separates.
Now put 1 cup water and cook it. when water dries, mash tomatoes with wooden stick.
Then put 1 cup more water and cook until boil. Now do low flame, add capsicum, ketchup and fried paneer cubes and keep on simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
In end, sprinkle all spice powder and coriander leaves and serve.
SABZI POTLI MASALA
Ingredients:
2 potatoes
1 cup peas
250 Gram carrots
4 boiled eggs
6 tomatoes
1 onion
1 tsp fennel seeds
2 tsp cumin
10 green chilies
1 tbsp whole coriander
4 tbsp tamarind pulp
3 cup water
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup oil
1 piece of malmal cloth
Method:
Put green chilies, tomatoes, onion, cumin, fennel seeds and coriander seed in malmal cloth and make bag. Now cook it by adding 3 cup water.
Then put water, potato, peas and carrot and cook for 10 minutes.
After it, take out masala from bag and grind in blender.
Now heat oil, put all spice powder, turmeric and salt and roast it.
Then add vegetables with its water and cook it for half an hour.
In end, add tamarind pulp, coriander powder and boiled eggs and turn off the stove.
CLASSIC CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM
Ingredients:
1 cup cream
1 tin condensed milk
1/2 liter milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup choc sauce
50 grams chocolate chips
1 tbsp coco powder
2 tbsp gelatin powder
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp coffee
2 cups brownies
Method:
Heat milk in pan.
When it boils add sugar. Together put dissolved corn flour.
Then dissolve gelatin powder in lukewarm water and add it.
Then put cocoa powder and coffee and beat with the help of batter.
Now put in air tight box and freeze for 3 to 4 hours.
When freezes, take it out in serving bowl.
Then put ice cream, chocolate sauce, chocolate chips and serve.
