Ingredients for Spicy Mutton Biryani:

  • Onion 3-4
  • Ginger garlic paste 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Tomato 4
  • Whole mix spices 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
  • Potato 2-3
  • Biryani color 1/4 tsp
  • Dry plums 10
  • Red chilli powder 4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Yogurt for serving
  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Green chilli 4
  • Mint 8-10 leaves
  • Rice 1/2 kg

Ingredients for Chicken Vindaloo:

  • Chicken tights 1.25 kg
  • Onion 4 cup
  • Kashmiri chilli 2-2+ tsp
  • Potato 2
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Water 4 cup

For Marination:

  • Dry red chilli 12
  • White vinegar 4 tbsp
  • Cinnamon 2 inch
  • Garlic 10-12 clove
  • Turmeric 2 tsp
  • Water 2-4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Clove 7
  • Pepper corn 10-12
  • Garlic 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Kashmiri chilli 2 tsp

Ingredients for Sooji Ke Laddu:

  • Semolina 1 cup
  • Milk 5 tsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • Fresh coconut 5 tsp
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Ghee 5 tsp
  • Almond 1 tbsp
  • Pistachio 1 tbsp
  • Raisins 1 tbsp
