Chicken Karahi Special And Chicken Tikka Gravy by Saadat Siddiqui

Ingredients for Chicken Karahi Special:

• Chicken 1 kg
• Oil 200 ml
• Ginger paste 2 tbsp
• Garlic paste 2 tbsp
• Onion 2
• Tomato 1/2 kg
• Sugar 1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper 1/2 tsp
• Red chilli 1 tbsp
• Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
• Mix spices 1 tsp
• Cumin 1 tbsp
• Green chilli 8
• Ginger as required
• Lemon to taste
• Coriander as required
  

Ingredients for Chicken Tikka Gravy:

• Oil as required
• Chicken tikka 4
• Onion 2
• Green chilli 2
• Lemon juice 1
• Mustard paste 1 tbsp
• Tomato ketchup 1 cup
• Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
• Carom seeds as required
• Zarda color as require
• Soy sauce 1 tsp
• Red chilli sauce 1 tbsp
• Vinegar 1 tsp
• Green onion as required
• Crushed red chilli to taste
• Chaat masala to taste
