Ingredients for Four Flavor Pizza:
For Pizza Dough:
Flour 700 gm
Yeast 2 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
For Chicken:
Chicken 200 gm
BBQ chicken masala 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1-2 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
For Pizza Dough:
Flour 700 gm

For Chicken:
Chicken 200 gm
BBQ chicken masala 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1-2 tbsp

Red chili powder 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
For Prawns:
Prawns 200gm
Oyster sauce 1-2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1-2 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
BBQ masala 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
For Pizza Topping:
Pizza sauce 2 cup
Onion 2
Capsicum 2
Tomatoes 2
Mushrooms 1 cup
Green olives 1 cup
Pickled cucumber 2-3
Pickled chilies 2-3
Mozzarella cheese 500 gm
Oregano 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Butter 1/2 cup
Method:
For Dough: Heat water and make it like warm, add yeast and sugar, mix them nicely and leave it for 15 minutes.
Add salt, baking powder and yeast in flour and knead it nicely and leave it for 3 to 4 hours.
Now fold the dough with the help of hand and roll out in size of baking tray.
Dough is ready.
For Chicken: Firstly, add BBQ masala, garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder and salt in one mixing bowl and mix it nicely.
Then paste this mixture on chicken.
Add oil in pan, fry the chicken until its color changes and remove from stove.
Chicken is ready.
For Prawns: In one mixing bowl, put prawns, lemon juice, BBQ masala, salt and worcestor shire sauce and mix it nicely.
Then add oil in small quantity.
Spread some oil on pan, cook prawns so that they remains raw.
Now place the prawns aside from stove.
For Topping & Baking: Grease the baking tray with butter.
Now spread the ready dough in it and bake in preheat oven on 50 C 15 minutes until dough double in size.
Now take out baking tray.
Now spread pizza sauce on top and divide it into 4 portions.
Then put thin chickens slices on first portion.
Then prawns on second portion; tomatoes, onion and capsicum on third portion and cucumber and green chilies on fourth portion.
Then put mushrooms on potions.
Then sprinkle mozzarella cheese, green olives, oregano and black pepper on top and set it.
Beware that every topping remains separate.
Then bake it preheat oven on 200 C for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve it hot.
Ingredients for Russian Salad:
Boiled chicken 300gm
Boiled macaroni 1/2 packet
Boiled potatoes 2
Apples 2
Boiled Carrot 2
Yogurt 1-1/2cup
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Cream 1 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Egg (boiled) 4 for garnish
Method:
Cut potato, apples and chicken into thin pieces.
Put yogurt, cream and mayonnaise in one bowl and mix them nicely.
Then add potatoes, apple, boiled carrot, chicken, boiled macaroni, chopped black pepper, sugar and salt mix them nicely.
Garnish with eggs on top.
Russian salad is ready.
