Ingredients for Chocolate Brownies:
4 ounce chopped chocolate
3/4 cup butter
1-1/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup flour
For Butter Cream:
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup melted chocolate
12 tsp vanilla essence
1-1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp cream
Method:
Heat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Now the 8 x 8 inch pan.
Then in one bowl, add chopped chocolate and butter, keep in microwave for 3 to 4 minutes until butter melts.
Now add sugar, eggs, vanilla essence and salt and beat it nicely.
Then add flour slowly, and beat, till it mix nicely.
Now put this batter on pan and bake it for 20 to 25 minutes.
For Making Frosting: In one bowl, put butter and melted chocolate and beat it nicely till they mix well.
Now add vanilla essence, sugar and cream and beat it in slow speed until sugar is dissolved and frosting becomes thick.
Then put on brownies and serve.
Ingredients for Mushroom & Paneer Stuffed Garlic Loaf:
1 Garlic loaf
1 Cup mushroom slices
1/2 Cup grated cheese
1 Onion sliced
1 tsp fenugreek leaves
3 tbsp tomato puree
2 tbsp cream
2 tsp ketchup
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp pow bhaji masala
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp all spice powder
2 tsp red chili garlic paste
2 tbsp chopped coriander
2 tsp butter
salt as required
Method:
Firstly, heat oil in pan, put cumin and roast it. Then add fenugreek leaves, red chili powder, whole spice powder, ketchup and pow bhaji powder and fry them.
Then add red chili garlic paste and fry it until oil comes on top.
Now add cream and tomato puree and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes.
Fry slices of onion in pan, until pink. Now put slices of mushroom and fry it. Then add water and green coriander, fry it until the gravy becomes thick.
Now cut garlic loaf from center and put stuffing, sprinkle cheese and green coriander and put the second part of bread on it.
Serve by cutting it.
Ingredients for Prawn Curry:
1 kg prawns
2 onions
2 blended tomatoes
1 piece of ginger
8 garlic cloves
8 green chilies
4 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 bunch coriander
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
50 grams desiccated coconut
6 curry leaves
Oil as required
Method:
Put onions, garlic, ginger cloves, green chilies, lemon juice, turmeric powder, fresh coconut and salt in blender and blend it.
Now heat required oil and put curry leaves and cumin.
When fragrance starts coming, add masala and roast it well.
After that, put prawns for roasting and put blended tomatoes, cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
In the end add green coriander and remove it from stove.
Delicious Prawn Curry is ready.

nasacool, thanx for the concern. Maasha allah we r fine. It rained about 3 days with 40 mile winds, but central virginia was spared this time.Hurricane irene last yr had our electricity shut off for 24 hours. my brother lives in manhattan but luckily was visiting me this time hence he was spared off too.thanx again for ur concern. Yeah seemi we used to do the same but since last two years we found this farm run by some Arab person who lets us do qurbani on the premises and even helps in cleaning and cutting the way we like. Really in Toronto everything is so convenient.That's good you guys are having eid on friday too because some places in Pakistan have eid on saturday, unbelievable isn't it? I am going to try Namak mandi mutton karahi by sara riaz tomorrow. I will let you know for sure. By the way I tried Rida's shami kababs and chef mehboob's chicken pulao. Both turned out great. Tried Prawn curry. I made it with 1/2 kg cleaned prawns. i added 1 tbsp tomato paste to make gravy little thicker. Its a very good recipe and I suggest that u plz try it with confidence. Lemon juice quantity can be adjusted acc to taste, I use about 2-3 tbsp lemon juice for this amount of prawns.
