Ingredients for Plain Sponge Cake:

  • Flour 2 cup
  • Egg 5
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar 3/4 cup

For Decoration:

  • Icing sugar 1-1/2 cup
  • Butter 1/3 cup
  • Water as required

Method:

  • Preheat oven on 175 degrees C.
  • Add egg whites in half quantity of sugar and beat it.
  • Mix egg yolks in remaining quantity of sugar and beat it.
  • After that, put lemon juice.
  • In end, fold egg yolks in egg whites, add flour and put in 8 inch pan.
  • Bake in oven for 35 to 40 minutes and serve.

Ingredients for Mince Meat Muffins:

  • Milk 1 cup
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Cheese 1/4 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Salt 3/4 tsp

For Keema:

  • Mince 250 gm
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Beat milk, eggs and oil.
  2. Now mix baking powder, flour and salt and put in milk mixture.
  3. Grease oil on muffin tray. Then put some mixture. Add mince and cheese on top.
  4. After that, put mixture again. Bake on 200 degrees C until golden brown.
  5. When ready, serve.
