Ingredients:

  • Green chillies 250 gm
  • Mustard oil as required
  • Curry leaves as required
  • Onion paste 1 med
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Whole chillies 5
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp

For Masalay:

  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Desiccated coconut 1/2 tsp
  • Sesame seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1 pinch
  • Tamarind juice 5 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Roast coriander seeds, poppy seeds, desiccated coconut and sesame seeds and grind it.
  2. Fry green chillies slightly in mustard oil and take out.
  3. Then fry curry leaves, onion paste, cumin, whole chillies and fenugreek seeds and fry in this oil.
  4. Now put chillies and masalay.
  5. In end, add onion seeds, tamarind juice and ginger garlic paste and cook for few minutes.
  6. Hari mirch ka salan is ready.
