Ingredients for Gobi Masala:
Cauliflower 1
Cumin seed 1 tsp
Onion 2
Ginger garlic paste 1-1/2 tsp
Green chilli 4
Garam masala 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Qasoori methi 2 tsp
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Tomato 2
Capsicum 1
Oil 2 tbsp
Oil for deep fry
Method:
Cut cauliflower.
In one karahi pan, heat oil, deep fry cauliflower until light brown and take out.
In one frying pan, heat oil and do cumin seed brown.
Now do onion golden, put ginger garlic paste, green chilli, red chilli powder, garam masala, qasoori methi and yogurt and cook it.
When water of yogurt dries, add chopped tomato and capsicum and fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
In end, mix fried cauliflower nicely and fry for 2 minutes.
When ready, serve hot.
Ingredients for Sesame Onion Chutney:
Sesame seed 1/2 cup
Onion 2
Tamarind 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Green chilli 4
For Tarka:
White lentil 1/2 tsp
Cumin seed 1 tsp
Mustard seed 1/2 tsp
Whole red chilli 3-4 cup
Asafoetida 1/4 pinch
Curry leaf 6
Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
Roast sesame seed in one pan until golden brown.
Cut onion and green chillies into finely.
Heat oil in frying pan, add all tarka ingredients and fry little.
When white lentil brown in color, take out half quantity. Then put all ingredients with onion, green chilli and salt and fry it.
Do onion light brown and take out in bowl.
Put sesame seed in grinder and make powder. Then add onion and tamarind and make paste of all ingredients.
Take out in separate bowl.
Together put separated tarka masala and mix it.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
