Ingredients:

  • Flour 3 cup
  • Thousands 1 cup
  • Yeast 1-1/2 tsp
  • Ghee 1 tbsp
  • Sugar powder 3 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt 1-2 pinch
  • Egg 1

For Sauce:

  • Chocolate 1 packet
  • Ghee 1 tbsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. In one bowl, put yeast, flour, sugar powder, salt and egg and mix well with lukewarm water.
  2. Now put in ghee greased bowl.
  3. After that, make portions and roll t with help of belan.
  4. Cut with donuts cutter. Sprinkle flour on top.
  5. Together wet malmal cloth and cover it.
  6. Heat oil in one pan and fry it.
  7. For Chocolate Sauce: Boil water in one pan. Keep second pot on top. Then put ghee, chocolate and cream and melt it.
  8. Spread chocolate sauce on donuts.
  9. In one bowl, mix 1/2 cup icing sugar and 1-2 tsp lemon juice with pink color.
  10. Spread on donuts, garnish with thousand and serve.
