Ingredients for Khajoor Ky Ladoo:

  • Dates 1/2 kg
  • Desi ghee 3 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Khoya 1/2 cup
  • Dry fruit 1 cup
  • Coconut powder 1/2 cup
  • Glazed cherries as required

Method:

  1. Grind dates.
  2. Roast dry fruit in ghee and crush it. Then add khoya in it.
  3. Now mix grind dates, dry fruit, khoya and cardamom powder nicely and make ladoo.
  4. Now roll in coconut powder.
  5. Put glazed cherries and serve in paper cup.

Ingredients for Ice Cream Trifle:

  • Vanilla ice cream 1 liter
  • Strawberry ice cream 1 liter
  • Cake sponge 1 cup
  • Cream 2 cup
  • Strawberry syrup as required
  • Mix fruit 1 tin
  • Almond crunch 1 cup

Method:

  1. Cut cake into small small pieces.
  2. First make layer of vanilla ice cream in transparent dish.
  3. Put mix fruit, cake pieces and strawberry syrup on top.
  4. Now make layer of strawberry ice cream, again add mix fruit, cake and crunch.
  5. In end, make complete layer of vanilla ice cream and keep in refrigerator.
  6. When set, decorate with cream.
  7. Decorate with almond crunch and serve.
