Tandoori Moti Tikka, Bavarian Cream And Korma Masala by Sara Riaz

Ingredients for Tandoori Moti Tikka:

• Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
• Black cumin 1/4 tsp
• Crushed black pepper 3/4 tsp
• Butter 2 tbsp
• Cheddar cheese 3 tbsp
• Yogurt 4 tbsp
• Cream 2 tbsp
• Egg white 1
• Garam masala 1 tsp
• Ginger 1 tsp
• Garlic 1 tsp
• Green chilli powder 1 tsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Lemon juice 1 tsp

Ingredients for Bavarian Cream:

• Egg yolk 3
• Caster sugar 3 oz
• Milk 250 gm
• Gelatin 1 tbsp
• Cream 2 packet
• Vanilla essence few drops
• Green color few drops
• Pink color few drops
• Green and red cherries for decoration

Ingredients for Korma Masala:

• Whole coriander 4 tbsp
• Salt 3 tbsp
• Degi red chilli powder 2 tbsp
• Red chilli 2 tbsp
• Fennel seeds 2 tbsp
• Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
• Black pepper 1 tbsp
• Mace 12
• Cinnamon 4
• Black cardamom 10
• White cardamom 25
