Ingredients for Semolina Cake:

• Semolina 3 cup
• Baking powder 1 tbsp
• Almond 3 tbsp

For Syrup:

• Sugar 1-1/2 cup
• Water 1 cup
• Lemon juice 1 cup
• Rose water 1 tbsp

• Onion 1
• Oil 6 tbsp
• Garlic 1 tbsp
• Yogurt 2 cup
• Black pepper 1/2 tsp
• Coriander 1 tbsp
• Rice 3 cup
• Saffron 1 pinch
• Cardamom 6-8
• Cumin seed 1 tbsp
• Cinnamon few pieces
• Clove 8
• Fennel seeds 2 tbsp
• Salt to taste
