Ingredients for Kofta Tamatar Pulao:

  • Beef minced 300 gm
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Tara garam masala 1 tbsp
  • Bhunay huy chanay 2 tbsp
  • Rice 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies 2

Pulao Ingredients:

  • Rice 1-1/2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Cloves 3
  • Cinnamon 1
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
