Ingredients for Nut Lace Cookies:

  • Chopped almonds 1/2 cup
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Maida 3 tbsp
  • Icing sugar 1/2 cup
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients, pour over greased non stick baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C until golden around edges.
  2. Let cool and serve with tea.

Ingredients for Butter Chicken Handi:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 lemon
  • Yogurt 1 tbsp
  • Cashew nut paste 1 tbsp
  • Fresh tomato puree 1/2 cup
  • Green chillies 2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 1/4 cup
  • Salt n pepper to taste
  • Naan for serving
  • Fresh ginger coriander for garnish

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with tandoori masala, yogurt, lemon juice, grill it or bake in oven.
  2. To make sauce: Heat butter, add ginger garlic paste, cashew nut paste, tomato paste, cook on low heat for few minutes, add little water to make sauce, brown sugar, salt n pepper.
  3. Let it come to a boil, take off the heat and fresh whipped cream.
  4. Garnish with ginger and fresh coriander.
