Ingredients for Nut Lace Cookies:
Chopped almonds 1/2 cup
Butter 4 tbsp
Maida 3 tbsp
Icing sugar 1/2 cup
Cream 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Method:
Mix all ingredients, pour over greased non stick baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C until golden around edges.
Let cool and serve with tea.
Ingredients for Butter Chicken Handi:
Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
Butter 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 lemon
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Cashew nut paste 1 tbsp
Fresh tomato puree 1/2 cup
Green chillies 2 tbsp
Fresh cream 1/4 cup
Salt n pepper to taste
Naan for serving
Fresh ginger coriander for garnish
Method:
Marinate chicken with tandoori masala, yogurt, lemon juice, grill it or bake in oven.
To make sauce: Heat butter, add ginger garlic paste, cashew nut paste, tomato paste, cook on low heat for few minutes, add little water to make sauce, brown sugar, salt n pepper.
Let it come to a boil, take off the heat and fresh whipped cream.
Garnish with ginger and fresh coriander.
