Ingredients for Sauted Chicken With Grilled Vegetables:

  • Chicken fillet 1/2 kg
  • Maida 1/2 cup
  • Lemon 1-1/4 cup
  • Seasonal vegetables 3-4 cloves
  • Garlic red chili 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • Oil as needed
  • Salt as needed

Method:

  1. Season chicken with lemon, salt n pepper toss in flour, shake off excess and saute in little bit of oil in a non stick pan.
  2. Season vegetables with salt n pepper and grill.
  3. To make sauce, make a paste with red chili flakes garlic.
  4. Little bit of lemon juice tomato paste and brown sugar.
  5. Heat oil in a pan add paste and cook  for few minutes.
  6. Add fish stock or water enough to make sauce add cream  after taking off the flame.
  7. Top fish with grilled lemon slices.

Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Banana Pancake:

  • Maida 1-1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Butter milk as needed
  • Chocolate 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Lemon 1 tbsp
  • Cream for garnish
  • Banana 1 cup
  • Chocolate sauce as needed                    
  • Icing Sugar for garnish
  • Butter as needed

Method:

  1. Combine maida, baking powder, sugar and butter milk to make pancake better chocolate chip and lemon zest.
  2. Brush the pan with butter, make small pan cakes let cool.
  3. Arrange bananas slices, topped with whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
