Grilled Vegetables & Chicken Lasagna And Puff Pastry Short Cake by Chef Shai

Ingredients with Puff Pastry Short cake:

  • Puff pastry 250 gm
  • Icing sugar for garnishing
  • Mint springs for garnishing
  • Egg yolk 1 tbsp
  • Mixed fruit salad               
  • Fresh cream icing sugar
  • Vanilla essence

Method:

  1. Roll puff pastry into thin sheet 1/4th inch.
  2. Cut fluffy circles.
  3. Brush with egg yolk, place on a baking tray bake in a preheat  oven at 180 C for 10-12 minutes until puffed Golden on top.
  4. Spread sweet whipped on puff pastry, add fruit on top, garnish  with mint spring and dust icing sugar.

Ingredients for Grilled Vegetables & Chicken Lasagna:

  • Grilled mix vegetables 2 cups
  • Chicken minced 1/2 kg
  • Tomato sauce 2 cup
  • White sauce 1 cup
  • Mozzarella mix cheese 1 cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Boiled lasagna 8-10
  • Fresh salad                          

Method:

  1. Brush a baking dish with butter add one cup of tomato sauce base  place 2-3 lasagna sheet and layer meat, vegetables, cheese, white sauce and remaining butter keep layering until everything utilized.
  2. The top layer should have white sauce and cheese covering pasta sheets.
  3. Bake in a  preheated oven at 180 C until mixture bubbles and top layer is golden.
