Ingredients for Hyderabadi Gosht Ka Bharta:
Beef 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Yogurt 250 gm
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
Desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
Almonds 6
Onion 3
Mix spices powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Green chilli 4-5
Coriander, Mint for garnish
Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
Put salt, ginger garlic paste and turmeric and tender it.
When tender, then chop it.
Heat oil in one pan, fry onion until golden and take out in another pan, spread it because it becomes crispy.
Beat yogurt. Then put salt, poppy seeds, coconut, almonds, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and whole spices powder and mix it.
Now mix yogurt mixture in meat, put in remaining oil and roast on low flame until water of yogurt dries.
Together mix fried onion and keep on simmer for 10 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies.
Serve with hot naan or paratha.
Ingredients for Capsicum Sauce:
Capsicum 2
Salt to taste
Garlic 4 clove
Crushed red chilli 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Onion 1
Tomato puree 4 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 4 tbsp
Eggs 4
Oil 4 tbsp
Water 1/2 cup
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil in one pan and saute garlic until golden.
Now put tomato puree, ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar, crushed red chilli, salt and onion cubed and keep on simmer for 5 minutes.
Then put capsicum and water and cook it.
Together put corn flour because it becomes thick.
Garnish with boiled eggs and parsley and serve.
