Ingredients for Beef Stick With Potato Salad:

• Beef undercut 1/2 kg
• Lemon juice 1/4 cup
• Chili powder 1 tsp
• Cumin powder 1 tsp
• All spice powder 1 tsp
• Butter 1 tbsp
• Papaya paste 1 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Olive oil as required

For Potato Salad:

• Potatoes boiled 3-4
• Mayonnaise 1 cup
• Spring onion greens 1/2 cup
• Raisins 1/4 cup
• Olive oil 1/4 cup
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper as required
  

Ingredients for Noodles Chilli Rice:

• Chicken breast 1
• Garlic chopped 4-5 cloves
• Rice 1/2 kg
• Kolson Egg Noodles 1/2 packet
• Spring onion 2
• Carrot 1 medium
• Green chillies 5-6
• Egg 2
• Turmeric powder 2
• Worcester sauce 1 tbsp
• Soya sauce 1 tbsp
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Oil 1/4 cup
