Ingredients for Gujarati Curry Chawal:

  • Yogurt 1/2 kg
  • Gram flour 4 tbsp
  • Ginger (chopped) 1 tsp
  • Green chillies 4
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander 2 tbsp

For Tarka:

  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger powder 1 pinch
  • Curry leaves 5
  • Oil 4 tbsp

For Rice:

  • Rice (boiled) 1/2 kg
  • Coconut (powder) 2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 6
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Ingredients for Lemon Ka Achar:

  • 1/2 kg lemons
  • 1/2 tsp heeng
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp roasted cumin
  • Clove 6
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

Ingredients for Sheer Khand:

  • 1 kg yogurt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp saffron
  • 1 tbsp hot milk
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 100 grams pistachio, almonds
