Ingredients for Garlic Rice:

  • Basmati rice 1/2 kg
  • Water as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic 8 clove
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Green onion 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 4
  • Zarda color 1 pinch
  • Oil/ Ghee 1 cup
  • Vinegar 2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tsp
  • Green chilli 4-5
  • Coriander for garnish

Ingredients for Sabzi Ki Bhujia:

  • Cabbage 1
  • Potato 2
  • Carrot 1
  • Ghee as required
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Mix spices powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Tomato 2
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Dry mango powder 1 tsp
  • Green peas 1/2 cup
  • Water 1 cup
  • Coriander for garnish

Ingredients for Eggplant Curry:

  • Egg plant 1/2 kg
  • Chick peas 1 cup
  • Tomato 125 gm
  • Onion 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilli 4
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup
