Ingredients for Lemon Pineapple Curd Cake:

For Cake:

• Eggs 3
• Caster sugar 3 oz
• Flour 3 oz
• Baking powder 1/2 tsp
• Lemon essence few drops

For Pineapple Curd:

• Eggs 3
• Caster sugar 4 oz
• Pineapple 1 tin
• Lemon juice 1 tbsp
• Lemon essence few drops
• Pineapple few drops
• Butter 2 oz
• Yellow color 1 pinch
• Cream 2 packet
  

Ingredients for Spaghetti With Meatballs:

• Mince 1/2 kg
• Mustard paste 1 tsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Crushed garlic 2 tbsp
• Onion 1
• egg 1
• Bread 2 slice
• Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
• Worcester sauce 1 tbsp
• H P sauce 1 tbsp

For Sauce:

• Oil 2 tbsp
• Crushed garlic 1/2 tsp
• Mushrooms 4
• Tomato paste 1/2 cup
• Tomato ketchup 1/4 cup
• Salt to taste
• Vinegar 1 tbsp
• Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
• BBQ sauce 2 tbsp
• Mixed herbs 1 tsp
• Olive 6
• Pickled onion 6
• Kolson spaghetti 1 packet
• Green onion 4
