Ingredients for Sweet Ginger Chicken:

• Chicken boneless 2
• Flour 1 tbsp
• Ginger 1 tbsp
• Bamboo shoots 1/2 cup
• Chicken stock 1 cup
• Shiitake mushroom 4
• Ginger 1/2 tsp
• Carrot 1
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Onion 1
• Green capsicum 1
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste
  

Ingredients for Chinese Chicken Soup With Dumplings:

• Shiitake mushroom 5
• Chicken 1 cup
• Green onion 3
• Bamboo shoots 1/2 cup
• Chinese noodles 1/2 packet
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste
• Prawn crackers 1 packet
• Oil 1 tbsp
• Chicken stock 1-1/2 liter
• Soya sauce 2 tbsp
• Fresh ginger 2 inch
• Garlic clove 1

For Dumpling:

• flour 3/4 cup
• Green onion 3
• Corn flour 2 tsp
• Cabbage 1/2 cup
• Prawn/Chicken 250 gm
• Ginger 1/2 inch
• Salt to taste
• Soya sauce 4 tbsp
• Garlic 1 tsp
• Oil 1 tbsp
