Ingredients:
For Dough:
Flour 1/2 kg
Yeast 1 tbsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Milk powder 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Thyme, Oregano 1/2 tsp
Oil 2-3 tbsp
For Filling:
Mozzarella cheese 2 cup
Pineapple 1 cup
Chicken 500 gm
Curry powder 1 tbsp
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Chaat masala 2 tsp
Corn 1/2 cup
Capsicum 3
Onion 1 big
Tomato 2
Thyme, Oregano 1 tsp
Crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
Black, Green olives 20
Pizza sauce 1-1/2 cup
Tikka masala 1 tbsp
Method:
For Dough: Mix all ingredients nicely and knead it.
After it, keep for approx 2-3 hours. When rise, again knead it and leave it. Then divide into two portions, roll it and spread on pan.
Then prick with fork and keep pan on warm place for 20 minutes.
Then spread pizza sauce and put filling.
In end, add cheese, keep on warm place for more 15 minutes and leave in oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Pizza is ready.
For Filling: Divide chicken into two portions. Marinate one portion of chicken with salt, tikka masala, yogurt, ginger garlic paste and oil.
Marinate second portion of chicken with curry powder, yogurt, ginger garlic paste and oil and leave it.
Now cook after 20 minutes and give some smoke of coal on tikka pizza.
Now spread pizza sauce and put 2-3 tbsp cheese. Then add chopped onion, chopped capsicum, tikka chunks and more cheese and sprinkle crushed red chilli.
Then put olives.
Bake in preheated oven until its color comes and cheese melts.
Spread sauce on second portion of pizza. Put cheese, chicken, pineapple, corn, onion and cubed capsicum.
In end, add more cheese and sprinkle crushed red chilli.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes and serve.
