Ingredients for Dastarkhwani Hari Chops:

  • Mutton chops 1/2 kg
  • Baisan 1 cup
  • Soda 1 pinch
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 cup
  • Mint 20 leaves
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Green chillies 10
  • Khatai powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Katakat Masala:

  • Small cardamom 15
  • Big cardamom 6
  • Carom seeds 1 tbsp
  • Clove 1 tbsp
  • Mace 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli 2 tbsp
  • White cumin 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 2 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
  • Kachri powder 2 tbsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 3 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds 3 tbsp
  • Nutmeg 2 seeds
  • Cinnamon 6
  • Whole coriander 1/4 cup

Ingredients for Pudina Paratha:

  • Flour 250 gm
  • Maida 125 gm
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Mint leaves 1/2 cup
  • Ghee as required
