Ingredients for Sukha Chicken:

  • Chicken 1 kg or 12 pieces
  • Onion 1
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
  • Coconut 3 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 10
  • White red chilli 10
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Coriander as required
  • Curry leaves 10-15

Ingredients for Pasta Wasta:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp

For Sauce:

  • Ketchup 3 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Mushrooms 6
  • Kolson spiral pasta 1 packet
  • Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Trifle Cup:

  • Cake rusk 1 packet
  • Red jelly 1 packet
  • Green jelly 1 packet
  • Kolson colored vermicelli 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Vanilla custard 4 tbsp
  • Fruit cocktail 1 tin
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  •  Cream 1 packet
