Ingredients for Murgh Makhani Palak:

• Salt to taste

• Lemon juice 1 tbsp
• Garam masala 1 tsp

For Jelly Roll:

• Eggs 3
• flour 3 oz
• Caster sugar 3 oz
• Vanilla essence few drops
• Mix fruit jam 1/2 cup

For Filling:

• Egg yolks 2
• Cater sugar 2 oz
• Milk 250 gm
• Vanilla essence few drops
• Gelatin 1 tsp
• Cream 1 packet
• Fruit cocktail 1 tin
