Ingredients for Chaandi Korma:
1/2 kg chicken
250 grams yogurt
250 grams clarified butter
1 cup crushed onions
4 silver paper
4 boiled eggs
few rose petals
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp kewra
1 tsp rose water
1 tsp whole black peppers
1 tsp salt
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp green chili paste
Method:
Firstly, add yogurt, green chili paste, chopped cardamom, salt, ginger garlic paste and black pepper in chicken and marinate for 1 hour.
Now heat butter, add chopped onions and make it light pink.
Then add chicken and keep on low flame for 30 minutes.
After that, roast it on low flame, add water as required and cook for 10 minutes.
Now turn off stove, add kewra and rose water .
In end, take out in dish, spread silver paper on eggs, put rose water and serve.
Ingredients for Gobi Ki Kheer:
Milk 1-1/2 liter
Cauliflower 1/2 kg
Boiled rice 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Fry milk powder 1 cup
Cardamom 6
Kewra water 1 tbsp
Almond, pistachio, coconut as required
Method:
Firstly, boil milk.
Now also boil cauliflower, remove its water and wash it with cold water.
Then put rice and cauliflower in blender, grind thick and add in milk.
Together put cardamom and cook on low flame.
When thick, put sugar and cook.
When water of sugar dries, put kewra water and1 cup dry milk powder.
In end, pit almond, pistachio and coconut on top and serve.
Ingredients for Sheermal:
Flour 1/2 kg
Egg 1
Yeast 1 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Ghee 1/2 cup
Milk to knead
Caster sugar 1/2 cup
Method:
Soak yeast in water for 10 minutes.
When double, put flour, egg, yeast, sugar, salt and ghee in pan, knead with milk and cover it for 20 minutes.
Now make small small rotiyan.
In one bowl, mix some sugar and water.
Now brush rotiyan with sugar mixture and make holes with knife.
Then bake in preheated oven on 150 degrees C for 10 minutes.
Sheermal is ready.
