Ingredients for Chicken Spicy Peanut Sauce:

  • Chicken boti 1/2 kg
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Red chili  2 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Peanuts butter  1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 1/4 cup
  • Brown sugar as needed
  • Fresh coriander 1/4 cup
  • Red Whole chilies 5-6
  • Fried eggplant for garnishing
  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • Salt n pepper as needed
  • Oil  as needed

Method:

  1. Season chicken with salt n pepper, lemon juice and coat with corn flour deep fry and set aside.
  2. Heat oil onion fry for a minutes, add garlic, red chili paste, peanut butter and cook for few minutes on low heat, chicken stock, salt and pepper make gravy.
  3. Add fried chicken fry coriander and red whole chilies and pour over the chicken.

Ingredients for Chocolate Macaroons:

  • Sweet chocolate 2 ounces
  • Almonds 1 cup
  • Eggs whites 2 beaten
  • Superfine sugar 1 cup
  • Maida 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • Almond 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar for dusting

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients with soft hand placed heaped teaspoonful at a 2 inch distance on a baking tray lined with greased wax paper.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C for 20-25 minutes until firm cool and dust with sugar.
