Ingredients for Turkish Pulao:

  • Sweet corn 1/2 cup

  • Garlic as required
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cream 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp

  • Yellow capsicum
  • Green capsicum 1

  • Mutton chops 1/2 kg

  • Boiled rice 2 cup
  • Tomato paste 1/2 cup

  • Milk 1-1/2 liter
  • Custard 1 tbsp
  • Eggs 3
  • Icing sugar 2 tbsp
  • Gelatin 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 cup
  • Cream 2 cup
