Ingredients for Tawa Qeema:

  • Mutton minced 400 grams
  • Liver 200 grams
  • Tomato 1
  • Green coriander 1/4 cup
  • Garlic 2 tbsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies 1/4 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chilli 1 tsp
  • Tara garam masala 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Qasuri methi 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Ingredients for Tikka Boti:

  • Beef 500 grams
  • Curd 1/2 cup
  • Papaya paste 1/4 tsp
  • Garlic 2 tsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Tara garam masala 1 tbsp
  • Green chili 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ghee 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Salad:

  • Cucumber 1
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Lettuce leaves 1 cup
  • Salt 1 cup
  • Green chillies 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
