Ingredients for Creamy Chicken Jhat Pat Masala With Spaghetti:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Onions (finely chopped) 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 lemon
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Murgh masala 2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes puree 1 cup
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Boiled spaghetti 1 pack

For Tarka:

  • Garlic cloves 5-6
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies 4-5
  • Coriander for garnish
  • Oil for garnish
  • Chopped salad to serve

Method:

  1. Heat butter in a large pan, add onions fry until golden, add chicken pieces and cook until done.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, yogurt, and cook until all the water is dry.
  3. Add murgh masala, cook for a minute or two until masala  coats the chicken add tomato puree, tomato paste brown, sugar and salt.
  4. Cook until thick like sauce, add cream, mix well and take off the heat.

Ingredients for Chocolate Caramel Nut Clusters:

  • Mixed Dry Fruit 1 cup
  • Melted Chocolate 1 cup
  • Sugar 1/4 tsp
  • Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Melt sugar in a nonstick saute pan nuts and mix well, drop small clusters into melted chocolate and take out to set on a wire rack or foil sheet let cool, enjoy.
