Ingredients for Spicy Green Chilli Daal:

  • Masoor dal 1/4 kg
  • Green chilli 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 lemon
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt as needed
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Fried onion, Red chillies 1/2 cup
  • Cumin mixture for decoration

Method:

  1. Heat oil, add ginger garlic paste, green chilli, fry for few seconds, add dal and salt and cook it.
  2. Mix brown sugar and lemon juice well and cook dal until thick.
  3. Garnish and serve with rice or naan.

Ingredients for Lemon Tandoori Chicken:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Tandoori masala 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 lemons
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 tbsp
  • Oil  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients well, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 15 -20 minutes until done and brown on top

Ingredients for Ice Colada Drink:

  • Ice cream vanilla 1 cup
  • Pineapple chopped 1 cup
  • Coconut powder 1/4 cup
  • Crushed ice 1/2 tsp
  • Pineapple, Cherry, Lime for garnish

Method:

  1. Blend all, pour in glasses and garnish.
