Ingredients for Mughali Mutton Handi:

  • Mutton boneless 1 kg
  • Onion paste 1 cup
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Red chilli powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Almond powder 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Mix spices powder 3/4 tsp
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese 4 tbsp
  • Dry fenugreek 1 tsp
  • Ginger as required
  • Green chilli as required
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and butter, add meat in it and roast it.
  2. Now put ginger garlic paste, yogurt. tomato paste. salt, chillies and turmeric and roast masala.
  3. Together add onion paste, roast it and put water.
  4. When tender, add almond powder, cream, cheese, dry fenugreek and mix spices powder and keep on simmer.
  5. Garnish with cream, cheese, ginger and green chillies at time of serving.

Ingredients for Roghni Naan:

  • Flour 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 4 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Yeast 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mix salt, baking powder, yeast, yogurt, ghee, sugar and milk in flour and knead it.
  2. After it, leave for 2 hours.
  3. Now make naan and sprinkle sesame seeds.
  4. Cook in preheated oven.
  5. Roghni naan is ready.
