Ingredients for Afghani Tikka:
Beef undercut 1/2 kg 1 inch cubes
White pepper 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Onion 1 raw grinded
Salt 1 tsp
White cumin 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
Marinate beef undercut with white vinegar, black pepper, lemon juice, garlic paste, yogurt, onion, salt, chopped & crushed white cumin and oil.
Now put in skewers and do BBQ.
Ingredients for BBQ Mutton Chops:
Mutton chops 1/2 kg
Salt 1 tsp
Raw papaya grinded 1 tbsp
Green chillies grinded 1 tsp
All spice 1 tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Wooster sauce 2 tbsp
Method:
Marinate mutton with salt, raw papaya grinded, green chili powder, all spice, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, chopped & crushed white vinegar, lemon juice and wooster sauce and leave for 2 hours.
Now brush chops with oil and do BBQ.
Ingredients for BBQ Achari Boti:
Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
Green chilies 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Yellow color pinch
All spice 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Achar masala 2 tbsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Method:
Marinate chicken with green chilies, ginger garlic paste, onion seeds, chopped red chili, fennel seed, white coriander, chopped & crushed cumin, yellow color, all spice, turmeric, turmeric pulp and yogurt and mix in one bowl.
Now put in skewers and do BBQ.
