Ingredients for Prawn With Almonds:
Jumbo prawns 1/2 kg
Almond 50 gm
Oil 2 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped 1
Garlic chopped 3-4 cloves
Celery stick chopped 1
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Worcester sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Spring onion 1
Capsicum 1
Carrot boiled 1
Button mushroom 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Method:
Firstly, boil almonds in warm water and remove its upper layer.
Now heat oil in karahi pan, add chopped ginger and garlic and fry them.
When they turns to golden, add almonds and roast them.
Then add prawns and roast it on high flame so that it can be cooked well.
Now add capsicum, carrot, mushroom, green chilies and celery stick.
Now add soya sauce, worchester sauce, salt, black pepper and water. Dissolve corn flour in water and make thick sauce.
Delicious prawn with almonds is ready.
Ingredients for Vegetable & Bean Soup:
Potato 1
Carrot 1
Tomato 1
Leek stick 1
Brinjal 1 small
White beans 1/2 cup
Chicken stock 2 glass
Basil 1 tsp
Button mushroom 4-5
Vermicelli 1/2 packet
Pistachio chopped 10 gm
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Parmesan cheese 10 gm
White beans 1/2 cup
Method:
Firstly, cut potato, carrot, tomato, leek stick and brinjal into small pieces.
Heat oil in karahi pan, stir fry all vegetables.
Together put white beans, add chicken stock after 4 to 5 minutes, cover it and leave for cook on low heat.
When all vegetables becomes soft, add basil, button mushroom and vermicelli, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on low heat until soft.
Take out in dish and garnish with chopped pistachio, parmesan cheese and serve it.
