Ingredients for Egg Pudding:

  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Eggs 4
  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Ingredients for Pakwan House Mutton Karahi:

  • Oil 3/4 cup
  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Tomato 750 gm
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Crushed red chilli 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli 10

For Garnish:

  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
  • Special karahi masala to taste
  • Black cardamom 1/4 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed black cumin 1 tsp
