Ingredients for Gola Kabab:

• Mince 1/2 kg
• Ginger 1 tsp
• Garlic 1 tsp
• Red chilli powder 1 tsp
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Mix spices 1 tsp
• Nutmeg 1/8 inch
• Mace 4-6
• White cardamom 4-6
• Papaya 1 tsp
• Egg 1
• Ghee 1 tbsp
• Onion 4
• Yogurt 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Special Karahi Kabab:

• Mince 1/2 kg
• Coriander 1 tbsp
• Onion 1
• Green chillies 2
• Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
• Baking powder 1/2 tsp
• Corn flour 1 tsp
• Bread slice 1
• Ginger 1 tsp
• Garlic 1 tsp
• White cumin 1/2 tsp
• Garam masala 1/2 tsp
• Salt 1 tsp

For Curry:

• Tomato 3-4
• Onion 1
• Green chilli 2
• Ginger garlic 1 tsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Oil 6 tbsp
• Coriander leaves for sprinkle

Ingredients for Paratha:

• Flour 4 cup
• Salt 1 tsp
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Water as required

For Filling:

• Ghee 4 tbsp
• Flour 4 tbsp
• Egg 1
• Sugar 1 tsp
