Ingredients for Beef Hot N Sour Noodles:

  • Beef undercut 1/2 kg
  • Noodles 1 packet
  • Hot & sour spice sachet 1 packet
  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  • Capsicum 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Onion 2 medium
  • Mushroom 6-8
  • Oil 6 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Grilled Chicken:

  • Chicken 1
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
  • Cardamom powder 1 pinch
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Salt, Black pepper to taste
