Ingredients for Tangri tikka:
Chicken drumsticks 1 kg
Thick yogurt 2 tbsp heaped
Raw papaya 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green chilies 1 tbsp
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
White cumin crushed 2 tsp
Pinch of yellow color
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Method:
Take a bowl, marinate chicken drums with yogurt, raw papaya, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, salt, crushed white cumin, yellow color and vinegar and keep in fridge for 2 hours.
Now put in skewers, brush with oil and do BBQ.
Ingredients for Chicken Seekh Boti:
Chicken 1 kg or 20 pieces
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp heaped
Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Raw papaya 1 tbsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
All spice 1/2 tsp
White cumin roasted & crushed 1 tsp
Method:
Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt, lemon juice, raw papaya, yogurt, garam masala and white cumin and leave for 2 hours in fridge.
Then put in skewers and do BBQ.
Ingredients for Chicken Malai Boti:
Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
Green chilies grinded 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
White cumin roasted 1 tsp
All spice 1/2 tsp
Coriander roasted 1 tsp heaped
White pepper 1/2 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp heaped
Almonds blanched 2 tbsp
Method:
Marinate chicken with chopped green chilies, ginger garlic paste, white cumin roasted, whole spice, coriander roasted, white pepper, red chili powder, cream, yogurt, lemon juice, salt and almonds blanched for 2 hours in one bowl
Now put in skewers, do BBQ until they are ready.
Then put merinated mixture with help of brush, do more BBQ for 5 minutes.
Now brush with oil or ghee, until they become ready.
Ingredients for Banana & Coconut Smoothie:
Milk 1 cup
Bananas 2
Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
Badami kulfa balls 1 packet
Ice 1 cup
Badami essence few drops
Method:
Put milk, banana, coconut, badami kulfa balls, ice and badami essence in blender and blend it.
