Ingredients for Dhaba Daal Fry:

For Daal:

  • Bengal gram 1-1/2 cup
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger 1/2 inch
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Water 4 cup

For Masala:

  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Ginger 2 tbsp
  • Crushed red chilli 1-1/2 tsp
  • Black cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato 4
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Boiled gram 2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Green chilli 2-3
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp

Ingredients for Chanay Ki Daal Ka Meetha Paratha:

For Bengal Gram Halwa:

  • Bengal gram 1 cup
  • Ghee 4 tbsp
  • Sugar 5-6 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

For Dough:

  • Flour 3 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Ghee 3 tbsp
  • Flour for sprinkle
