Ingredients for Forest Chicken:

  • Chicken breast 2
  • Papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Spring onion chopped 1
  • Capsicum chopped 1
  • Carrot chopped 1
  • Onion 1
  • Celery stick chopped 1
  • Parsley chopped 1/4 bunch
  • Lemon skin 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato chopped 1
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/2 packet

Method:

  1. Firstly, open chicken like book and press with hammer.
  2. Now add salt, chopped black pepper, lemon juice and papaya paste and marinate with it.
  3. Now add green chilies, capsicum, carrot, onion, celery stick, parsley, lemon skin and tomato and mix with chicken.
  4. Then add onions cutted in ring shape and keep on oven tray.
  5. Then place chicken and keep all vegetables on chicken.
  6. In end, put grated mozzarella cheese and bake in oven on 200 degrees C for baking for 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. When golden, take out and serve it.

  • Beef undercut 1-2 kg
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp   
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Worcester sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon skin 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum  1
  • Carrot  1
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice a little
