Ingredients for Paratha:

  • Flour 4 cups
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp

For Santh:

  • Egg white 1
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Flour 3 tbsp

Ingredients for BBQ Shashlik:

  • Boneless chicken 2
  • Ketchup 3 tbsp
  • BBQ sauce 2 tbsp
  • Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Pinch of orange color
  • Boiled rice to serve
  • Capsicum 2
  • Tomato 2
  • Onion 2

Ingredients for BBQ Steak:

  • Undercut 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • H P sauce 1 tbsp
  • Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1/2 tsp
  • Mixed herbs 1/2 tsp
  • BBQ sauce 1 tbsp
  • Boiled vegetables to serve
  • French fries to serve

  • Chicken breast 2
  • Tomato 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Onion 1
  • Mushrooms 6
  • Boiled pasta 3 cups

  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • Stock 1-1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup 3 tbsp

Ingredients for Special Halwa:

  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Semolina 1-1/2 cup
  • Water 5 cups
  • Sugar 2-1/2 cups
  • Zafrani kewra 1/2 tsp
  • Ashrafi red and green 2 tbsp
  • Almonds and pistachios sliced 2 tbsp
  • Coconut sliced 2 tbsp
