Ingredients for Lasagna Strips With Spicy Chicken:
Chicken (sliced) 1/2 kg
Green capsicum 1
Red capsicum 1
Green chilies chopped 3-4
Ginger chopped 1 pieces
Garlic chopped 3-4 cloves
Oil 3 tbsp
Kolson lasagna sheets 3-4
Spring onion 2
Carrot 1
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Worcester shire sauce 1 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Boiled tomatoes 2
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Oil for fry
Method:
Firstly, cut chicken breast into slices, marinate with salt, black pepper and corn flour and deep fry in hot oil.
Now boil the kolson lasagna and cut into stripes.
Then heat oil in karahi pan, add ginger garlic, green chilies, capsicum, red chili powder, green chili, carrot and boiled tomato and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then put fried chicken and lasagna sheets.
Now add salt, red chili powder, chili garlic sauce, worchester shire sauce and soya sauce, mix it on high flame for 1 to 2 minutes, dish out and serve.
Ingredients for Vegetable Capellini:
Glass noodles 1/2 packet
Chicken breast 2
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Garlic chopped 2-3 cloves
Cauliflower 1 small
Leek 1 piece
Black mushrooms 2-3
Button mushroom 1/2 cup
Onion (fried) 1
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Red capsicum sliced 1
Spring onion sliced 1
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Method:
Firstly, soak glass noodles in some water.
Then cut chicken breast into Julian pieces.
Now heat oil in karahi pan, add garlic and fry until chicken cook well.
Then add black mushrooms, button mushroom.
Together put red capsicum and keep low flame.
Now cut cauliflower into small pieces and give josh in lukewarm water.
Then add boiled cauliflower, glass noodles and Julian leek in it.
Together add salt, black pepper, worcester shire sauce and green onion slices, mix it and close stove.
Now cut onions into slices and make it golden in oil.
Then spread the noodles on platter, sprinkle brown onions and serve.
