Ingredients for Gobi Keema:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Cauliflower 2
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 2
  • Red chilli 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Green chilli 3
  • Mix spices powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 cup

Ingredients for Matar Pulao:

  • Green peas 2 cup
  • Potato 2
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato puree 2 tbsp
  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Chicken stock 2 cup
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Mix spices 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1 cup
