• Chilli garlic sauce 1-1/2 cup
• Mozzarella cheese 3/4 cup
• Cheddar cheese 3/4 cup
• Milk 1 cup
• Chicken stock 1 cup
• Lasagne strips 1 packet
• Capsicum 1
• Onion 1
• Tomato 4
• Black pepper 1 tsp
• Rose Mary 1 tsp
• Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
• Red chilli 1 tbsp
• vinegar 2 tbsp
• Flour 4 tbsp
• Olive oil 4 tbsp
• Butter 3-4 tbsp
  

Ingredients for Beef Salad:

• Beef boneless 300 gm
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Cucumber 1
• Carrot 2
• Salad leaves for serving
• Sesame seeds 1-1/2 tbsp
• Soy sauce 2 tbsp
• Lemon juice 2 tbsp
• Green onion 2
• Salt to taste
• Bean sprouts 1 cup

For Sauce:

• Peanut butter 1/2 cup
• Lemon juice 2 tbsp
• Chilli sauce 2 tbsp
