Ingredients for Crispy Chops:

• Mince 2 cup
• Potato 1 cup
• Butter 1 tbsp
• Cheese 4 tbsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Black pepper 1 tsp
• Mustard 1 tsp
• Eggs 2
• Bread crumbs as required
• Onion seeds 1 pinch
  

Ingredients for Kofta Kebab:

• Mince 2 cup
• Bread slice 2
• Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
• Eggs 1
• Corn flour 2 tbsp
• Baking powder 1/2 tsp
• Garam masala as required
• Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
• Green chillies to taste
