Ingredients for Pineapple Soda:

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup white drink
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1/4 tsp black salt
  • 1 packet badami qulfa balls

Ingredients for Chocolate Nut Biscuit:

  • 5 ounce butter
  • 4 ounce brown or icing sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp coco powder
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 4 tbsp nuts
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Salt a pinch
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Ingredients for Chinese Chopsuey:

  • Chicken 250 gm
  • Egg white 1
  • Cabbage sliced 2 cups
  • Carrot sliced 1/2
  • Green onion 2-3 sliced
  • Capsicum sliced 1
  • Vegetable oil 6-8 tbsp
  • Egg noodles 1/2 packet
  • Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp

For Chicken Seasoning:

  • Ketchup 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Stock 1 cup
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Date Bar Fillings:

For Filling:

  • 250 gm dates
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

For Crumble:

  • 1-1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 5 oz butter
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp soda
  • Pinch of salt
