  • Undercut beef boti 1 kg
  • Talhar mirch paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Tandoori color 1 pinch
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Papaya 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Red chilli 1 tsp
