Ingredients for Shahjahani Korma:

  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Ghee 250 gm
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Degi red chilli 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Almonds 20
  • Fried onion 1/2 cup
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger 2 inch
  • Mix spices 1 tbsp
  • Small cardamom 8-10
  • Mix spices whole 1 tbsp
  • Nutmeg, mace 1/2 tsp
  • Kewra 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Naan for serving

Ingredients for Gulab Jamun:

  • Powder milk 1 cup
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Flour 4 tbsp
  • Soda 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee 2 tbsp

For Sugar Syrup:

  • Sugar 2 cup
  • Water 2 cup
  • Kewra 1 tsp

Ingredients for Macaroni Salad:

  • Kolson macaroni 1 packet
  • Capsicum 2
  • Tomato 2
  • Cucumber 1
  • Salad leaf as required
  • Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
  • Caster sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup 3 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup
