Ingredients for Tawa Kaleji:

  • Mutton liver 1/2 kg cut into 2 inch cubes
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Ginger sliced 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 3 chopped

For Liver Masala:

  • White cumin roasted crushed 1 tbsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Whole red chilies 15

Ingredients for Apple Short Cake:

  • 1 apple chopped
  • 1 packet badami kulfa balls
  • 1/2 cup plain cake
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 2 tbsp chocolate sauce

Ingredients for Black Magic Sizzler:

  • Butter 4 ounce
  • Brown sugar 4 ounce
  • Caster sugar 1 ounce
  • Flour  4 ounce
  • Coco powder 1 ounce
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Walnut chopped 2 ounces
  • Chocolate ice cream as required
  • Ingredients for fudge sauce
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1/2 cup
  • Honey 2 tbsp
  • Coco powder 1 tbsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Walnuts chopped 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Kulcha Pasanda:

  • Beef pasanday 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Almonds 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1 cup finely chopped
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes 2 chopped
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 2
